I was always known as the big guy amongst my friends and family, 'Big Al' to some. While at some level this was comforting, it didn't do anything to help my situation.

After high school, I found myself eating more and more. My lack of confidence grew, as did I. Wherever I went, I felt the wandering eyes of everyone around me, I started to feel very uncomfortable and self-conscious

Six months after school I got a job as a store person in a warehouse, it was more physically demanding than I had first imagined. There were days I felt like leaving because of the stress it was putting on my body. I decided then to make a life-changing decision, I joined SureSlim.

So my journey had begun, I said goodbye to all the bad foods and influences that I had become so accustomed to. My bad habits of snacking between meals also had to change.
