Are there any side effects to the Quick Loss Eating Plan?
Some clients experience headaches and fatigue in the first week of Quick Loss, especially those with a very active lifestyle, or who suffer from a problem known as reactive hypoglycemia. This is usually easily overcome by increasing the food portions for the first week, until the body has adapted. We have a unique Sportsperson’s Program, which allows active people to lose weight without changing their active lifestyle.
Is the SureSlim Eating Plan safe for Children to follow?
Yes. SureSlim is a balanced Eating Plan. We have adapted our Quick Loss Eating Plan specifically for children, but they should be over 7 years of age.
The dangers of children becoming overweight is a growing concern amongst the medical fraternity. The problems children encounter are both physical and psychological with the incidence of the adult type diabetes, with all its complications, being found increasingly in children of a younger age.
By teaching a healthy lifestyle as early as possible, we hope to be able to avoid these tragedies.
Is there any medical reason why someone cannot follow the Quick Loss Eating Plan?
Yes, firstly those with severe kidney problems. This is one of the things that SureSlim looks for in the initial blood tests. We have however, had some clients with what we call “borderline” kidneys, and we have been able to adapt the Eating Plan for these clients so that they can lose their weight safely, if a little more slowly. This involves repeating some of the blood tests at intervals to ensure that all is well.
We also pay close attention to those with severe heart disorder, as we normally encourage a high fluid intake, which may be too much for such patients. They are encouraged to follow the Eating Plan under the supervision of their GP. However, it must be borne in mind that the heart is often under strain due to the excess weight being carried, and weight loss can only benefit such clients.
What happens if SureSlim finds any abnormalities in my blood test results?
If SureSlim finds any significant abnormalities in the blood, it will advise you to take the results to your GP or physician for their medical advice. Your health is of prime importance to us and significant abnormalities of the blood tests may need to be sorted out prior to the commencement of the Quick Loss Program. Our SureSlim doctors are available to communicate with your GP or physician on any problems arising from these blood test results.
Why do I need to go for a blood test?
There are two basic reasons:
1. To determine if you have any blood abnormalities such as high blood sugars, high cholesterol or high uric acid levels that may be affected by the intake of certain foods.
2. To enable SureSlim to provide an individual eating plan that is suited to you, based on your own blood test results.
Does SureSlim create a unique eating plan for everyone?
It is practically impossible to create a completely different Eating Plan for everyone, because we only have a limited number of food types available to us.
Even so, the underlying principle of the Eating Plan remains the same. What this means is that the Eating Plan SureSlim develops for you is specific to your body’s nutritional requirements.
For example, if two people are exactly the same height and weight and have no abnormalities in the blood, they may have similar programs. But, if one suffers from some form of blood abnormality, their Eating Plans will differ.

How do I know if I fall into the overweight/obese category ?

* Low blood sugar

What is Human Growth Hormone ?
Human growth hormone is manufactured in the pituitary gland in the brain and every organ and system in the body is dependent on HGH for proper growth, development and function. Growth hormone levels peak during adolescence and start to fall in your mid-twenties. Aging reduces natural growth hormone production, which results in increased body fat, reduced muscle tissue, lack of elasticity in the skin and reduced immune function.
So, natural stimulation of HGH through diet can result in:
• reduced body fat
• increased muscle mass
• rejuvenation of vital organs
• stronger bones
• smoother, firmer skin
• sharper vision
• elevated mood
Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that helps regulate sleep, appetite and mood. Serotonin controls appetite by producing a feeling of fullness or satiety after eating. All SureSlim programs help to naturally stabilise levels of serotonin in the body, helping you to feel full and satisfied.
