Southern Chicken Wrap

Cajun Spice Blend
Lemon Tahini Dressing

Preparation time 3 minutes
Cooking time 4 minutes



Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 150g chicken breast fillets, cut into thin strips*
  • 1 teaspoon SureSlim Cajun Spice Blend
  • ½ tomato sliced*
  • 60gms red green or yellow capsicum, thinly sliced*
  • Lettuce leaves*
  • Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons SureSlim Lemon Tahini Dressing
  • 1 slice Mountain Bread
* Adjust weight to your portion size

Instructions:

  1. Rub chicken with Cajun Spice Blend.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled fry pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes, turning regularly.
  4. Remove and place down the middle of the mountain bread.
  5. Add salad and drizzle with Lemon Tahini Dressing.
  6. Roll up bread and serve immediately.


Comments:

Extra servings: To increase servings to include the rest of the family simply times ingredients by how many servings are required. (e.g. 4 x teaspoons of Cajun Spice Blend. etc for four people)
