Myth

Weight gain is only as a direct result of overeating.



Certain medical conditions, medications and any kind of stress or trauma, such as financial problems or the death of a loved one, can upset hormones in the body and cause weight gain. This is a diet myth, Weight gain can be from other causes besides overeating.

Fact

Any blood abnormalities are detected through a comprehensive blood test which all clients must have before starting on a SureSlim program. Clients with abnormal results are asked to consult their GP for a diagnosis.

Myth

SureSlim Eating Plans are high protein diets.



All Sureslim programs are healthy, balanced eating plans containing carbohydrate, protein and fat. The Sureslim Quick Loss Program contains adequate amounts of low GI carbohydrates such as fruits and vegetables. SureSlim also encourages lean varieties of meat and poultry. All programs are low in saturated fat, but contain adequate amounts of healthy unsaturated fats. Saying that SureSlim is a high protein diet is not correct.
